The Italian Flames of War National Tournament is back in Milan for the third time!
It will take place on March 14th-15th 2026, in Cornaredo, Milan, Italy.
- It wil also be the fourth European Series tournament of the 2025/26 season.

The entry fee of 60€ includes two lunches at the local pub, as well as the participation fee. (30 euros for one day only). Lists must be sent in Forces format or FOWlist format (The lists will be checked by Soren Petersen (email soren.beaver.petersen@gmail.com), a very experienced player who is not participating in the competition. Deadline: March 7th).
(Once the payment has been made, the organization will not make any refund in case of withdrawal or non-attendance of the player).
To enter the tournament, please also register on the fantastic Combat Mission website - The event will be a Late War competition with ETC 2026 rules: 95 points (38 for reserves), Dynamic points 2025.

Specifically, team rules do not apply (obviously); these rules remain in effect: -
- Each Force can use a maximum of 95 points, including Command Cards. Note that this allows 4 minefields. This also means that reserves are 38 points.
- Each Force may include a maximum of two formations (either 2 from the Force Diagram’s “nation” or 1 Formation from their “nation” and 1 Allied Formation).
- The chosen Formation(s) can be from a Command Card.
- If you take an Allied Formation you are not allowed to take an Allied Unit as well.
- An Allied Formation or Unit must come from the same theatre of war (see table above).
- A force may have no more than 5 units that contain armoured tank teams with the scout rule and front armour 0, 1, 2, or 3. Transport teams do not count towards this limit. This rule may be revised if Dynamic Points are released.
- Five games over two days. Blue on blue will be avoided for the first round where possible. Competitors from the same nation or the same Italian city will not be paired during the first round.
- Three games on Saturday, with a final ladder and prizes on Saturday evening; then, the players attending the tournament on Sunday will play using the Swiss pairing system from the Saturday evening, with another ladder and a prizes for Sunday evening.
- Scoring system: standard Battlefront VP’s (8-1 / 7-2 / 6-3 etc)
- Entries must be sent before March 7th, as we will need to finalise numbers for table space and meals.

A Warbases turn counter with a (almost) 6mm tank (if you enter before 27th February)
